Morikkis a été formé en 2004 par Nicolás Hardmeier (Tácito) et Román Fleischer (Dirty Room). En 2008 Román a déménagé de l’Argentine vers Barcelone où Nicolás vit depuis 7 ans. Ils ont rapidement commencé à produire des morceaux et font des lives de manière très active et dynamique, attirant l’attention de certains des plus importants clubs partout en Europe comme Bar 25 à Berlin et le Fabric à Londres. Vekton Records se félicite de Morikkis avec l’EP très groovy « Activa ». Il rejoint l’EP précédent avec Dirty Room & Fase Miusic Sender. Vous pouvez sentir le même flux argentin. La première chanson « Activa » ravit par le biais de la légère profondeur en harmonie avec le groove charmant et roullant. Plutôt funky et élégant avec des rebonds d’accords « Busca » est merveilleusement élaboré et actif. De la même façon pour « Observa ». Un brillant morceau de minimal, ce qui donne à l’EP une nouvelle lumière dont le label se félicite.

The first song « Activa » delighted through the lightly deepness in harmony with the charming and rolling groove. Rather funky & elegant with bouncy chords sounds “Busca” wonderful elaborated and active. Just the same way like “Observa”. A brilliant minimal track, which makes the release to a further highlight on the welcomed Label.
