Attentat est le pseudonyme de Thomas Kamholz, un dj, producteur et promoteur basé à Denver. Depuis plus d’une décennie Attentat a participé à chaque aspect de la scène de musique électronique américaine. En tant que dj, il a joué dans certains des événements et des lieux les plus respectés des Etats Unis, y compris des apparitions multiples au Bunker à New York et une apparition au Decibel Festival de Seattle. Comme premier membre et directeur de création pour l’organisation Communikey basée dans le Colorado Attentat s’est montré partie intégrante de la scène de techno éclosante venant à la maturité dans Le Front Range dans le Colorado. Comme producteur, Attentat a signé sur des tas de labels tels que Dope Recordings, Wolf + Lamb, Archipel et Geometricdeck. Plus récemment, Attentat a décidé de mettre en stand-by son label Dope Recordings, qu’il a co-fondé avec son ami et producteur Roy England en 2001, pour se concentrer sur un nouveau projet appelé Make Mistakes. Make Mistakes est un événement mensuel à Denver se concentrant sur la nouvelle et intéressante musique House et Techno dans un environnement loft. Bientôt un label, le but derrière Make Mistakes est de fournir un environnement de danse amusant et sophistiqué dans un effort de créer un nouveau lieu de rassemblement techno aux États-Unis. Attentat is the moniker of Thomas Kamholz, a Denver based dj, producer and promoter. For over a decade Attentat has participated in every aspect of the American electronic music scene. As a DJ he has played some of more respected events and venues the US has to offer, including multiple appearances at The Bunker in New York and an appearance at the Decibel Festival in Seattle. As an early member and creative director for the Colorado based organization Communikey Attentat has shown himself to be an integral part of the burgeoning techno scene coming to maturity in the Front Range of Colorado. As a producer Attentat has released on such labels as Dope Recordings, Wolf + Lamb, Archipel, and Geometricdeck. Most recently Attentat has decided to put to rest his own imprint Dope Recordings, which he co-founded with friend and fellow producer Roy England back in 2001, in order to focus on a new project called Make Mistakes. Make Mistakes is a monthly event in Denver focusing on new and interesting Techno & House music in a loft environment. Soon to be a label the goal behind the Make Mistakes endeavor is to provide a fun and sophisticated dance environment in an effort to create a new techno mecca in the United States.
