Régis Kiffer ça ne vous dit rien ? Et si je vous dit Dolibox ça vous parle plus ? Après trois sorties sur Karat, notamment une aux côtés du survolté Ark, il fait parler de lui à nouveau avec la sortie prochaine de son délicieux album Fake Is Beautiful. Le label parisien, tenu par Alex et Laetitia, bien connus pour leurs excellentes soirées Katapult et pour avoir fait émerger quelques artistes de renom comme Portable aka Bodycode ou encore Eddie C, sortira donc mi-mars un nouvel incontournable.

Comme à son habitude, Doli nous a pondu des morceaux remplis de couleurs et d’émotions, de groove et de bidouillages en tout genre. Parmi les onze pistes de l’album, vous avez déjà pu écouter le sublime September 2020 dont le magnifique clip a été mis en ligne il y a peu. Les samples il aime ça et il les manipule habilement, comme sur French Psycho où cette fois c’est la voix d’une chanteuse commerciale (dont je ne ferais pas l’éloge) qui se retrouve en reverse. After three releases on Karat, whom one with the most prolific artist called Ark, he get a kind of brandmark thanks to his forthcoming brand-new release with Fake Is Beautiful, a delightful and blissful album. The parisian imprint, managed by Alex and Laetitia, really well-known for their Katapult gigs, and also for the discovering of artists like Portable also known as Bodycode, or moreover Eddie C, will released the full-length around the middle of march.

As usual Doli creates some tracks full of colours and emotions, a bunch of groove and twirling fuzzy beats. Accross the eleven titles you have may be already heard the wonderful September 2010, where the great video has been set online not so far away from today. He loves samples and brightly change them like ‘French Psycho’ where the sample of a mainstream vocalist has been reversed for the track. Would you like to seek out this ?
