Bruno Paixão aka Steel, est originaire de Lisbonne, Portugal. Il commence à s’intéresser à la musique électronique au début des années 90 et se lance donc dans le djing mais se passionne rapidement pour la composition de morceaux, intensifiant ses conaissances en prenant des cours de production.
Après une période de pause pour des raisons professionnelles, Bruno retourne à son studio en 2007.
Ses morceaux sont influencés par la techno, la minimal et la musique électronique en général. Le coup d’envoi de sa carrière est donc lié a sa participation a un grand nombre de concours de remix : ayant remporté celui du fameux magazine Dance Club, il sortira très bientôt un EP sur Plusquam Records.

Bruno Paixão aka Steel from Lisboa, Portugal, started to become interested in electronic music during the early 90’s. He took his first steps as a dj, but later discovered a passion for composing and began to deepen his knowledge in this area by attending a course of production.
After some time away for professional reasons, Bruno returned to the studio in 2007. His songs are influenced by techno, minimal and electronic music in general.
The kick start of his career comes from his participation to many remix competitions: having won a competition organized by the magazine Dance club, He will soon release an EP on Plusquam records.
